Brandi passante became famous after her appearance on the A&E show 'Storage wars', the reality series that featured Jarrod Schulz. Both of them gained mainstream recognition through the show. In the show, the contents of storage units on which the rent has not been paid for three months are put up for auction. Brandi and Jarrod run the Now and Then store located in Orange California and participated in The show hoping of getting some low-cost storage units. The couple had no idea that the show could make reality stars out of their store! Through the show they proved to be meticulous bidders and emerged as among the main characters of the reality show. The success of the reality TV show boosted their company and enabled them to start a new shop addition to the one they were running. The popularity of their "Storage War" appearances was the catalyst for a spinoff called 'Brandi and Jarrod: married to work, that focused on the couple.
